Refund Policy


Our refund policy varies based on the services chosen on our platform.


Booking Cancellation policy (General):

  1. Cancellation allowed till 24 hrs from time of booking
  2. Post Cancellation window, cancellation request will not be taken
  3. If customer cancels booking, 10% cancellation fee would be charged from customer
  4. If vendor cancels booking, no cancellation fee would be charged from customer


My Account on App

  1. Customers can view their list of bookings
  2. If cancellation window is active, then “Cancel” button would be visible against booking id
  3. Customer clicks “Cancel”.


Refunds (if applicable)

If cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
